Lehigh University's Department of Management seeks to fill one tenure track position in Organizational Behavior at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2016. Candidates must have completed a research-focused doctoral degree (or must have completed all requirements for the Ph.D. before the appointment starts) from an AACSB accredited institution in Organizational Behavior or a related field.
We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated ability to conduct scholarly research for publication in premier, peer-reviewed journals and with a high potential for outstanding classroom performance at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching may include core undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Successful candidates will show a readiness to provide service to the Department, College, and University, as well as collegiality and adaptability. Willingness to teach courses in the graduate and distance education programs and non-academic (e.g., corporate) work experience are additional assets.

The successful candidate will be joining faculty in the Management department who publish in top-ranked journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Organization Science, and Industrial & Labor Relations Review.
