Organizational Behavior & Theory: The Organizational Behavior & Theory group at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a tenure-track faculty member for appointment at the untenured level. Applicants should demonstrate achievement of, or potential for, excellence in research and in teaching MBA, doctoral, and undergraduate students. Accomplished academic training in organizational behavior or theory, strategy, sociology, psychology, or related fields is required, as well as a Ph.D. at the time of appointment (Fall 2008). Priority will be given to candidates who specialize in the research areas that characterize our group, namely decision-making, groups, learning, new employment relationships, and social networks.
To apply, submit application letter, vita, three publications or unpublished research papers, research and teaching statements, and three recommendation letters. Doctoral students should also submit a copy of the dissertation proposal.
