    Dear colleagues,

     

    The Centre for Sustainable HRM and Wellbeing cordially invites you to the 2017 International Research Symposium hosted by the Peter Faber Business School, Australian Catholic University. Below are some details of the symposium. We look forward to welcoming you in Sydney, Australia.

     

    Theme: Social Justice in Organizations

    1-2 Nov 2017

    Australian Catholic University, Peter Cosgrove Centre, Tenison Woods House,

    8-20 Napier Street, North Sydney

     

    Keynote speakers:

     

    Professor Wayne Hochwarter, Jim Moran Professor of Organizational Behavior in Florida State University and fellow at the Centre for Sustainable HRM & Wellbeing.

     

    Professor Richard M. Ryan, co-developer of Self-Determination Theory and Fellow of the American Psychological Association.

    University of Rochester and fellow at the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education and the Centre for Sustainable HRM & Wellbeing, Australian Catholic University.

     

    Call for Papers Open: Now

    Final Date of Submission of Abstract by Authors: 01 August 2017 (extended from 16 July 2017).  Click Submit Paper

    Peer Review decision, notification of paper acceptance:  14 August 2017

    Registration Closes: 1 October 2017. Click Register

     

    Specific guidelines:

    ·         The submission comprises an abstract of up to 800 words that includes:

    ·         Purpose

    ·         Design/methodology/approach

    ·         Key findings

    ·         Research limitations/implications (if applicable)

    ·         Practical implications (if applicable)

    ·         Social implications (if applicable).

    ·         All references contained in the abstract must be in Harvard style and use Times New Roman, font size 11.

     

    Additional information:

    ·         Accepted submissions will be published in a Book of Abstracts.

    ·         Co-authored papers should show the affiliations of ALL authors (so that this is captured in the programme and Book of Abstracts).

    ·         Each Symposium attendee must register separately.

    ·         Details on scheduling and further information will be released closer to the date.
