Limited Term Appointment – Organization Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM)
The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a one-year limited term position in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) area, commencing September 1, 2017. The position is subject to budgetary approval. The teaching load for this position is 6 courses during the academic year.
Applicants should possess at a minimum a Masters or MBA degree with an emphasis in organizational behavior, human resource management, or related discipline (e.g., industrial/organizational psychology). Priority will be given to applicants with a PhD degree (or near completion) and applicants who hold a research-based graduate degree in OB, HR or I/O psychology. Applicants should have a strong teaching record or potential for teaching excellence and be willing to take on service responsibilities within the OB/HRM area.
The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics has over one hundred full-time faculty and more than five thousand undergraduate and graduate students on campuses in Waterloo and Brantford, and a location in Toronto, Ontario.
