    Dear colleagues

Over the last few months, Scott Armstrong and I have been working with Skytech to make it easier for people to use www.forecastingprinciples.com. Our improved design was uploaded on August 14. The new color scheme and new logo highlight the relationship between the site and the International Institute of Forecasters and make the material on the site more readable. We have increased the downloading speed, added a third column for news to the welcome page, and improved readability by re-organizing material and the use of better fonts. The www.conflictforecasting.com pages on the site will receive the same treatment over coming weeks.

Those of you who manage websites might like to consider adding a link to www.forecastingprinciples.com. Please send us your suggestions for further improvements.
