My apologies to all who tried to download the listening skills hour seminar
during the weekend. The UC Berkeley website was down most of Friday evening
and Saturday. Please try again,

Dear colleague:
The article listening first aid is now available as
a one hour audio seminar. The MP3 files can easily
burned into a CD. To do so, when burning, choose the
option music rather than data. Please feel free to
make copies of the CD and give these out.
Most people realize that they do not do a good job of
listening, but most also feel that they can be a good
listener if they really want to. I hope this seminar
will challenge some assumptions and be a useful tool.
I believe that it will help us improve our
interpersonal relations at work, at home, and in the
community.
In the same place where the audio can be downloaded,
you have options to also view the chapter-length paper
on-line or download a book on mediation skills, in PDF
format.

I also have a 2 CD seminar (Spanish) on conflict management
skills, or rather, interpersonal negotiation skills,
that is also available at no cost. Please let me know
if you are interested in that link, also.
Please do not respond to this email address, but
rather, please write to me to my University of
California address below.
Best,
Gregorio
