Join the Discussion on the Impact of Business School Research

The Academy of Management has long been a facilitator of discussion regarding the impact of research conducted by faculty within business schools.  In fact, several recent editions of the Academy of Management Journal have included articles regarding the process and relevance of academic research.

It is in the spirit of this discussion that AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business invites comments from all Academy members regarding its recently released Report of the AACSB International Impact of Research Task Force – Draft for Comments, and particularly the report's recommendations for increasing the overall value and visibility of business school research.  Feedback received prior to October 31, 2007 will inform the AACSB Board of Directors as it develops a plan of action related to this issue of great significance to both academics and practitioners.  The report is available for download and comment at www.aacsb.edu/research.
