    Here is the BETA VERSION of the 2nd Edition of Party Directed Mediation:
    Helping Others Resolve Differences. Your comments and suggestions are
    greatly appreciated. After a comment period and suggestions are incorporated
    into the text, I will send another announcement for those who wish to
    download the corrected 2nd Edition.
