    Hi all,
I am a doctoral student in the process of putting together my
dissertation and I would like to examine conflict using an experimental
design. I am looking for studies that have done this previously which may
have induced group conflict. I would appreciate it if anyone has any
thoughts or ideas, and in particular relevant references. Also I know that
Jehn has a measure of task and relationship conflict that is commonly used
in the literature, but can anyone tell me if there are other existing
measures. Thanks a lot for your time.

    Sincerely,
    Felice.
