A while back there was a request for "dark side" case studies.

I finally posted sketches of four of them at:

Each of them has a specific point, and is currently topical (the first happens to be over twenty years old, but is replaying itself again this year, hopefully with a different outcome, the second relates directly to the current consolidations in the airline industry, the third looks to be one that combines a dark side with a recovery -- that is still in process, and the last is a current event that has been unfolding in real time).

If the original project yielded some case studies, I'd also be grateful for someone to send me a link to information on more information.  I've given the concept some thought ever since it was mentioned, and I think it is valuable.  There is a lot to be learned from the analysis of where a popular management concept goes wrong as well as where it goes right.

A while back there was a call for some dark side case studies -- of things gone wrong rather than right.

I'm looking for any information as to any completed case studies that were done on that topic and the current status of that project as it did get my attention.

    Thanks for any information.
