    Full-time, Tenure-Track, Assistant or Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior
    Management Division
    Babson College


    The Management Division at Babson College (www.babson.edu) seeks an experienced academic for a full-time, tenure-track, assistant or associate level position in Organizational Behavior effective September 2010.  The ideal candidate is an experienced, engaged educator and scholar who:

    • Is passionate about teaching organizational behavior (and related topics like negotiation, human resource management, and leadership) to undergraduates, MBA students, and Executives, and has a proven track record in both teaching excellence and innovative curriculum development.
    • Has a vibrant research stream that is interesting to both academics and managers, and the ability to publish in both academic and practitioner journals. 
    • Is a team-player who is willing to lead and collaborate with faculty from multiple disciplines to design and teach integrated business curricula.
    • Has business and/or management experience and can quickly establish credibility in the classroom, especially with MBA students and Executives.
    • Will be a fun, engaging, helpful colleague who is committed to the success of Babson College.

    Candidates who have a completed Ph.D. or equivalent degree and at least 3 years of teaching and research experience are encouraged to apply.  Compensation for this position is competitive depending on qualifications, work experience, and research and teaching record.
