Examples of a new contribution include, but are not limited to, the innovative use of new methods or a new approach/venue for the study of conflict and negotiation in organizations and broader society.

- The full citation of the article.
- The article abstract.
- A paragraph or two describing the influence this article or chapter has had.
- Your name.
