  • 1.  Call for Nominations -- Most Influential Article or Chapter

    The Conflict Management Division awards committee asks you to nominate a recent article or book chapter (published from 2001 to 2004) that has made a significant new contribution to the conflict literature.  Examples of a new contribution include, but are not limited to, the innovative use of new methods or a new approach/venue for the study of conflict and negotiation in organizations and broader society.
     
    If you would like to nominate an article or chapter, please e-mail to the Awards Committee Chair, Karen "Etty" Jehn (Jehnka@FSW.leidenuniv.nl), by May 6th, the following information: 
     
                - The full citation of the article. 
                - The article abstract.
                - A paragraph or two describing the influence this article or chapter has had. 
                - Your name.

Examples of a new contribution include, but are not limited to, an original empirical work studying a key aspect of organizational conflict, the innovative use of new methods, or a novel framework or venue for the study of conflict management in organizations and broader society. If you would like to nominate an article or chapter, please e-mail the committee Chair Mara Olekalns (M.Olekalns@mbs.edu) by July 18th the following information: 

                 - The full citation of the article/chapter. 

                - The article/chapter abstract.

                - A paragraph describing the influence this article or chapter has had. 

                - Your name.
