We are seeking unpublished empirical studies (e.g., working papers, work in progress, conference papers) for our meta-analysis on antecedents of conflict in teams.
Our analysis hopes to cover a wide array of possible antecedents of conflict in teams, including (but not limited to) team attributes (e.g., team size, member demographics, diversity, leadership), task attributes (e.g., task complexity, interdependence), or organizational attributes (e.g., organizational justice, organizational culture/climate).
