    Hello,

I'm working on the relation between positive and negative emotions present in work groups as how they determine the presence of conflicts within the group.

Please tell me if you know studies regarding these issues.

    Many thanks,

Yes, you can read Beyond Reason: Using Emotions as You Negotiate  by Roger Fisher and Daniel Shapiro. Excellent book

Also read articles by  Clark Freshman on Mood in Negotiations. Equally useful information.  I believe he's also in the process of writing a book on the  subject if he hasn't done so already.

Fisher and Shapiro are at Harvard Program on Negotiation and Freshman is at University of Florida Law School.

Let me know how your project turns out.

    Good luck,
