The Department of Management and International Business in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, seeks to hire a Visiting Assistant or Visiting Associate Professor of Management to begin in January 2015. Salary and benefits for this tenure-track position are highly competitive.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in the Management and International Business department. This position carries a teaching load of three courses per semester (3 courses in Spring 2015, 3 courses in Fall 2015, and 3 courses in Spring 2016).

Preference will be given to candidates who have a teaching and research expertise in the areas of: organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, ethics, organizational development/change, and strategy. The ability to work with industry and colleagues in the department, school, and university are also desired qualifications.
