    Dear Colleagues,

I am a doctoral student working with Prof. Hillary Elfenbein and Prof. Bill
Bottom on a meta-analysis of the association between negotiation outcomes
and individual differences. Negotiation outcomes would include measures of
individual value, dyadic value, as well as subjective variables such as
satisfaction and relationship ratings. Relevant individual difference
variables would include gender, cognitive intelligence, positive and
negative affect, emotional intelligence, personality, self-esteem,
Machiavellianism, self-efficacy, age, cultural intelligence, and educational
attainment. We have conducted a comprehensive search of the published
literature and are now seeking other unpublished works that cover this
    association.

If you have any unpublished papers, conference presentations, or
dissertations that include relevant data, would you consider sharing them
with us for this meta-analysis? Information can be sent to me at
    sharmas@wustl.edu.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

    With best regards,
    Sudeep Sharma
