Dear CMD colleagues,
While writing a paper on an organizational phenomenon relevant to conflict, it occurred to me that conflict could be episodic, as occurs between members of generally healthy and happy relationships, or chronic, as it defines acrimonious ones.
Please let me know if you know of any conceptual or empirical explorations of the episodic-v-chronic distinction in the conflict literature.
Thank you in advance,
Jason
