Dear Colleagues,
I am working on the development of an accredited programme for users of
Ireland's state industrial relations dispute machinery, mainly trade union
and management HR/IR negotiators. It will be a 6-8 day programme accredited
at what we call level 6 which is above school leaving certificate level but
below primary degree level.
I want to cite a general reader that would have some chapters on different
theories around workplace conflict and descriptive materials on different
approaches to dispute resolution including negotiation, facilitation,
mediation, arbitration, med-arb etc. I am thinking of using the Isenhart and
Spangle text ''Collaborative Approaches to Resolving Conflicts'' which does
this fairly well.
But I am wondering are there other texts that anyone might recommend?
Many thanks for any help you can offer,
Thanks,
John O'Dowd
