    share YOUR voice!"

Dear Colleagues and Friends in the Conflict Management
    Division:

I hope everyone is soon ready to take a deep breath
and enjoy a joyful, restful...and relatively
    conflict-free (or at least conflict-manageable)
    holiday season!!!!!

I am writing to request your help with a 15-minute
websurvey regarding your opinions about the potential
gap between academic management research and
applications to practice. The results will be
summarized (in the aggregate, of course, to protect
all respondents' anonymity) in a “From the Editors”
column in April’s issue of AMJ. YOUR VOICE is an
    important part of those findings!

The survey can be found at http://tinyurl.com/ynadwl
Please FORWARD this note to as many friends as
possible at other universities so our findings can be
    as representative as possible.

I really appreciate your (and your friends') help!!!
    Best, Debra
