JOB DESCRIPTION:
MBS is currently hiring at Assistant Professor and Associate Professor levels in fields of organizational behavior and human resource management. The Organizations group is responsible for teaching the core micro-OB subject as well as a range of electives including negotiation, leadership, change management, human resource management, organization theory, and diversity. The successful applicant will contribute to teaching and research in one or more of these fields, including the core micro-OB subject. We offer attractive remuneration packages, relocation expenses and a research allowance.
Applicants for either level must have PhDs in a relevant field and a record of teaching excellence. Applicants for Associate Professor must also have a distinguished record of research, as evidenced by publications in top ranking journals
We also welcome applications for short-term visiting positions in the areas of OB and HRM commencing January, 2009
