Faculty Search in Strategy and Management
    July 2006

The Strategy and Management Group at the Tuck School of Business at
Dartmouth College seeks to fill a tenure-track position in
Organizational Behavior. The appointment, beginning in July, 2007,
may be at any rank. We especially welcome applications from
candidates with significant experience, ranging from several years
after doctoral training to the most senior level.

We are interested in candidates with a strong foundation at any level
of OB (micro, meso, or macro), who are passionate about their work
and can produce research of excellent quality that will have high
impact on the field. Building on this foundation, the candidate
should also be able to bridge levels of analysis in both teaching and
research, and to collaborate with other members of the group in
strategic management, organizational theory and organizational
behavior. Candidates should be able to teach MBA students effectively
in the core Leading Organizations course.
