NEW JOURNAL!!
On behalf of the Editorial Committee, I am happy to announce the publication of the inaugural volume of the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior. As described more fully in the attached introduction, the purpose of this new journal is to provide distinctive reviews across the range of topics in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behavior. This new journal builds on the limited coverage of these literatures that had previously appeared in the Annual Review of Psychology. Listed below are the articles included in Volume 1.
Complimentary online access to the first volume of the journal is available until March 2015 at http://www.annualreviews.org/toc/orgpsych/1/1. In addition to the articles appearing in Volume 1, we will be releasing some interesting supplemental audio and video information throughout the week. We've already posted an interview with Jane Dutton; look for videos from Robert Ployhart; Herman Aguinis and Robert Vandenberg; and an interview with Lyman Porter and Benjamin Schneider.
