FACULTY POSITION OPENING – MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONS

The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management invites applications for a tenure-track position in our Management and Organizations group, with start date of July 2014. Applicants with research and teaching interests related to organizational behavior will be considered. Responsibilities of the position(s) include research in area(s) of expertise, teaching basic and advanced courses in management at the MBA and Ph.D. levels – including the area's core MBA course; supervision of doctoral candidates; and service to the School. All levels will be considered, but the ideal candidate will be at the Assistant Professor level and will have demonstrated evidence of success in teaching at the MBA level.
Johnson offers MBA, Accelerated MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Its MBA programs are consistently rated in the top 20. Johnson is part of Cornell University. Faculty in the Management and Organizations group conduct research on diverse topics using diverse research methods. Current tenure-track faculty members are Ya-Ru Chen, Jim Detert, Glen Dowell, Olga Khessina, Kathleen O'Connor, Beta Mannix, and Wesley Sine.
