Dear Conflict Management Division members:
In April, I'll be running our elections to elect one Division Program
Chair and two Representatives-at-large. Now's your chance to get in
your final nominations.
The Program Chair position is a five-year commitment. He/she plans
the pre-conference activities in year 1; organizes the division paper
presentations in year 2; gets a break in year 3, except for planning
our Sunday night party; runs the division year 4; and finishes out by
running the elections in year 5 (that's my job now!).
The Rep-at-large positions involve a two-year commitment. They help
plan pre-conference activities in both years.
The jobs take some work, but are quite rewarding. They're an
important part of giving back to our profession.

Friday, March 31.
