    Dear CM Colleagues,

     

         Look forward to seeing you in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Philadelphia</st1:city></st1:place> for a great conference! Kathleen O'Connor (PDW chair) and Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks and Kim Wade-Benzoni (Reps at large) have put together a great pre-conference program, and Tom Tripp (Program chair) has arranged a great CM program. There are sessions on morality and values in negotiations, power use, pursuing justice, moral transgressions, encouraging trust, negotiation strategies, justice theory development, workplace aggression, and team conflict, among many others! You can search on all CM sessions and events on the http://meeting.aomonline.org/2007 

     

      We hope to see you at the CM Sunday Social, being organized by Susan Brodt (Division Chair-Elect).
