    AOM PDW - Building the Compensation Research Community

    If you study organization-level and/or individual-level compensation issues or are interested in this area, please join us for the "Building the Compensation Research Community" PDW at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Anaheim!

     

    This PDW is designed to establish a "community of practice" for compensation researchers, providing for knowledge exchange and mentoring in the area of compensation. The PDW will consist of (1) a guided panel discussion with top scholars in the field of compensation, (2) roundtable discussions addressing research and teaching, and (3) mentoring sessions between participants and top compensation scholars to discuss specific research ideas or current projects.

     

    No pre-registration required!

      

    A research proposal is required for those interested in participating in the Mentoring Sessions. Please submit a 1-2 page research proposal to Samantha Conroy (samantha.conroy@colostate.edu) or Yeong-Joon (YJ) Yoon (yy426@cornell.edu). Space in the mentoring sessions is limited, so please submit proposals by July 1, 2016.

    Your research proposal should include the following:

    - Name, title, affiliation, email address

    - Key research topic, question and framework

    - Methods

    - Key findings (if applicable)

    - Key challenges in your research that you want to discuss with participating scholars
