    Dear Fellow Members and Friends of the Academy's Conflict Management (CM) Division:

    YOUR VOICE is extremely important in being counted as part of the survey that you will find at http://tinyurl.com/ynadwl.

    Approximately 15-20 minutes long, this survey asks you for your own perceptions and ideas regarding issues associated with the bridge between scholarship and practice. The results of this survey will be summarized in the April Academy of Management Journal (AMJ's) section From-the-Editor (FTE).

    With the deadline for participating only days away, please consider taking 15-20 minutes now (if you haven't yet done so) to share your own thoughts...so that your thinking can be part of the findings summarized in the upcoming AMJ. Thanks! We really appreciate your help! Best, Debra
