The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia invites applications for a one-year full-time, open-rank academic general faculty member (non-tenure eligible) with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior to teach in the Management area. This will be a one-year appointment beginning August 2025 without the opportunity for renewal. This position will entail teaching 15 credit hours. (The particular teaching assignment will largely be limited to the first half of the fall semester and the second half of the spring semester.)
Management Area faculty are leading researchers and teachers in strategic management, organizational behavior, and management communication. Research interests of our faculty include corporate governance and reputation, social evaluations, and individual and team emotional experiences at work.
